Remember Formulas Without Memorizing a Wall of Symbols
Formulas are easier to remember when attached to meaning and conditions rather than copied repeatedly. For each formula, write what each symbol represents, what situation it describes, and one limiting case that checks the result. Cover it and reconstruct it from the relationship in plain language. Use delayed reviews later the same day, tomorrow, and later in the week. Include units or an estimate whenever possible. Repair the missing relationship instead of copying more equations.
A small check for today
Close the source, complete one focused attempt, record the gap, and schedule one delayed check. Use course materials as the authority.
